I finally have the information that everyone has so patiently been waiting for. We have an account set up at Wells Fargo in the name of "The Garth Abbott -Cancer Fund". The account number is 5918001214. This is a 503c Charitable association.You can just call or go into any Wells Fargo Bank. I will look into finding a way to put a link directly from this blog site to the account so that any donations can be made here as well. I will be working on finding out if that is possible. I appreciate anyone out there who already has information about how to do this to email me @ helpgarth@yahoo.com. I can not thank everyone enough for all of the help and support that is being offered for Garth. It truly is a testament of the life he has lived and the service he has given. As well as a testament to the goodness that exists among people like you!

FYI: You do not want to put an account number on line for all to see. They should be able to donate simply by saying his name. We have an account for my sister with Leukemia, and that is all people have to do. Someone that does not have your best interest in mind could do some harm with an account number. :)
Rachelle fyi I stopped by the WF bank by Von's on Horizon Ridge today to make a donation to the fund (I didn't have the account number with me) and they could not find it in their system (I used the name Garth Abbott), they looked at all accounts opened since Dec 1st. I came home to check your posting and now I see donations can be made directly from the site to the account. I will follow up with the bank though, it seemed strange they couldn't find the account.
