Item: Up for auction is your choice of any full course meal from the menu. Choose from:
Hawaiian chicken barbeque with fire grilled pineapple; shish kabob with garlic steak and grated parmesan; chicken pakora with beer battered potatoes and red pepper served with dipping sauce blended with authentic Indian spices; beef ribs grilled over wood coals covered in dry rub and secret recipe honey barbeque sauce reduction; spaghetti—as fun as it looks!
All meals will include a vegetable (if you can talk me into it), artisan bread with oil and vinegar and homemade ice cream with fresh fruit (yes, it is as thick and creamy as it looks).
I currently live in Salt Lake City, UT (until July). So, if you are in Salt Lake City then you can bid and win. Otherwise, I will be moving to Henderson, NV in July and can arrange to provide the meal then or on one of our visits. I will definitely be down the second weekend in March.
