Track Break summary

I have to laugh as I finally take a minute and try to update my blog. My last entry was October 28th; my kids came off track on the 29th, and I wonder why an entire month has almost passed without a single word or picture recorded? Track Break is such a blessing and a curse. It is 24 hours a day 7 days a week of nonstop fun; it is 24hours a day 7 days a week of misery! I know supreme contradiction! It just depends on which minute of which day you ask me.



Random list and pictures of the last month: Halloween party at my sister Lynette's house, a visit to the Macaw School of Mines to celebrate Nevada Day, Halloween trick or treating and Abbott Family Party, Hemingway Park in Boulder City to watch the Bighorn Sheep, a trip to Alamo for my Aunt's Funeral , the last games of the soccer season for 3 of the 6 kids, Bounce you, library, kid's club, endless play dates and park outings, craft projects, puzzles, games, etc. This is by no means an all inclusive list, only a representation. With all of this I still had moments of mopey children complaining of boredom! My response to this complaint is, "only boring people are bored!" Followed up with a list of chores to go do! I have almost rid my children of this complaint. . . .Almost!
